This place is my client bring me there for lunch…Even i stay so nearby but i didn’t realise that i was just so near…

it was at a new developed shop and the price there was quite reasonable and the portion was relatively fair for a person.

The owner made a fish pond in the shop so it will feel the peace to chit chat with friends…~no pressure to halau by staff~

Today is already 2nd last day before Chinese New Year. Can’t wait to celebrate it. Can’t wait to go back hometown to see my grandparents…It’s already been a year that i have not seen my grandparents…What a bad girl i am~

Preparation to celebrate CNY was almost done…so now is just patiently wait that day to come~

Wee~Ang Pow( Red packets) which is the Chinese  married people will give these red packet to the young for luck and prosperity…Traditionally there was no money in the packet,just only a red paper… A more fortune people will put monies inside …But in this modern world, all will put monies ( usually RM2,RM5 or RM10) depending to the relationship with that person.

Wish everyone have a Happy Chinese New Year… May all prosperity and Fortune will follow you in this whole year~

celebrating birthday at sushi zamai and overtime

 

 

More than half of the month has passed for the 1st month of 2011…And is thhe time to celebrate 1 of my friend, Wai Thung’s 23rd birthday…know this guys since form 1…cal cal cal~ means 10 years already!!!

woh~ din realise about it till today…but we still feel so bad that among my friend…this is the friend that we didn’t really celebrate with him…

At here…really want to apologize to you..and also have to say Happy Birthday to you…

We didn’t really make any huge celebration…just only normal dinner and have a drink…we aren’t small anymore so cant really can stand late and getting crazy like no people care like this…still have to work for money in the next day…

After sushi Zamai at Plaza Low Yat then we went to Overtime at KL to have a little drink and celebrate his birthday at there…

Normal people by right will go there and order beer or some liquor but i went there and order coffee…

so weird of me~ but what to do…i don’t really like the taste of the beer…feel so bitter and weird…if ask me drink vodka or related drink then i don’t really mind…

It’s been a long time that i did not update my blog..but the true is i didn’t not have the time to do so…bad right?

Not really cause i have ended with my studies and started working as a junior auditor in a firm…

But anyway,recently i went out with my friend and also darz to shop and walk around…although I’m so tired but i try to accompany him as i don’t want to neglect him and giving excuse that “ I’m so tired and don’t want to come out”…This is a very bad sentence to tell your another half…

 

Recently photo taking skill is just so bad and feel like not taking any photos but all of these is memorable so create conflict in my mind~

But using my BlackBerry to snap so photos is still acceptable with the limited megapixels as compared with the normal camera or the high-end camera…

I’m not that professional so can really compare~

 

 

 

Durian pancake( above photo) – RM8 per serving. At first the aroma was so nice when the neighboring table portion was served. So me and darz also ended up order a portion to try. The overall was creating a ‘false’ impression that it has a tonne of durian fillings inside but when we cut it open, it was just full of cream and a little bit of fillings. It was so disappointed. The durian pancake that was selling in the Mid Valley was much more nicer than this.

Pamelo sago – This was also not that suitable for me as the taste of the santan (coconut milk) was overly rich that almost the whole bowl was made up from the coconut milk and with only by adding some top ups of pamelo. So it can also be said that the taste was totally separated.

Mango noodles – the noodles in it was made up from coconut milk jelly but it was so nice when it mixed with mango and smashed mango meat. This do worth a try.

 

 

The remaining 2 photos above was nothing special as it can be eaten anywhere so will not be further elaborate.

Really does not have the energy to write for the taste..Not really worth it for re-visit for me.

Jelly Ang Ku Kueh

 

Just came back from work, feel so tired and lazy. but my mom told me that at the fridge have a special food, jelly ang ku kueh… It was so cute, just like the usual ang ku kueh but this was made from jelly.

 

Each box there will be each colour of 2 with a total of 12pcs. Beige waste have a filling of peanut. The peanuts still remain with the crunchiness and it have a very nice aroma that can attracted for another. Green was having sweet corn as the filling. Obviously this was the can corn hence i wont expecting the taste will be any special. Purple was from santan which is coconut milk. nothing much special also as just only have a strong flavour. White is coconut meat. Same as the coconut milk. i personally perfer this as does not have that much of santan taste and much sweeter as the coconut meat was cook with gula melaka at the earlier stage. Blue-was green bean paste. This will be suitable to those that does not like to eat sweet stuff. it has a well balance of taste and texture that normally bean paste will make people feel of stickiness.

obviously red represent red bean just like the normal ang ku kueh.

My friend just came back from Australia, hence we have a little gathering with him. Someone just told me that another snowflake shop was open after SS15(PJ) as well as at Pavillion (KL).

The shop was on Taiwan feel. They prepare the ice just like i used to have at Taiwan. but what i feel is Taiwan is better and cheaper as compared to this shop. But is very subjectivity depending of people. I don’t really like the taste but my darling likes it… i don’t know why…

This shop is self service hence don’t expect that someone will come and take your orders…

we have to line up to order the food and pay at the counter.

 

After payment has been made then we were a stamp for each RM5 that we have spend

TAO Cuisine in Sunway Giza

 

Today going out with my college friends to Sunway Giza for the ala carte buffet. That place is considered as a newly developed area behind Mutiara Damansara. The choice of the buffet is quite limited as compared to Jogoya as well as Tenji. The taste wise and staff services is satisfied. They re friendly and willing to help us for our orders.

They have readied drinks of choice of Green Tea,Orange juice and also Ice Lemon Tea. They will help us in refilling, not like the other 2 buffet that we have to refill our drinks ourselves.

I just only able to take some photos ( just only busy eating and gathering).

The place is quite easy to find if know how to go to Mutiara Damansara.
