HAPPY 21st BIRTHDAY TO ME

 

Hmm…time do really fly…still remember that my last year birthday celebration was on Luna Bar,KL will my few of friends…

I do not have lots of friends so i don really hope to have what kind of huge and luxury celebration

Richmond brought me to a very nice Japanese restaurant in Jalan Klang Lama, ISHIN JAPANESE DINING.

They have a very nice sushi/sashimi bar customers to have their fresh fishes to be serve.

Since that just only have 2 person to have this dinner, hence we cant order much food.DSC04205

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

every table will be served with this starter.the prawn head was crispy and a bit salty.just like cracker and have some thousand island sauce on it

  these escargot was stewed with udon sauce until it cooked.This not really not my day as this was cook until a bit to hard as i feel it was a bit chewy.maybe my next visit will have some improvement.

Tenpayaki seafood set.Combination of scallops, prawns, salmon served with salad and yam rice. such a combo was fantastic that it was so worth it that  no all food served was truely fresh and so really no compliant.

Ishin house bento(RM38).this bento have the combination that i could not imagine at the first time.

3types of sashimi fish.the salmon was so fresh and it just look like butter that will melt in my mouth.tuna was not that good i feel as the fish texture was not in a very ‘feel’.(personal feeling).

stewed radish with fish flakes. this was my favorite.so delicious that i wanted to have it again.the radish is well stewed that i could not feel that this is radish or maybe like meat that does not have meat texture.

Tempura soft shell crab. every time having tempura set,it must be fried prawn or vegetable.but this is crab!!! sweet is the only word that i can describe.the meat food is so fresh and well fried.i could not feel the oily taste in the crab.

i3-taste chawa mushi.(RM12.90) These steamed eggs was so nice and full of flavor.they have 3 types of taste (uni,caviar and  crab eggs).The chef steam the egg and it was cooked just in time so the softness still remain.
