It’s been a week since the last langkawi trip. The trip is superbly fun and quite enjoy during the stays at there.
Photos unable to upload now as I still haven't get it from Sally and Andy (need a lot of memory capacity)
Gosh…do you know how much photos that we have taken for this long/short vacation? ….almost 2000snaps!!
Unbelievable right? It’s just because we don’t care of posing, timing or place…what we do is just snap~ snap~ snap~
So, my friend and I finished up most of our money there. Overspend in simple word. Actually purchasing power for us at there is not very high as their main income is from tourists. So u can imagine how high their price is at there.
Good news! Refunds from our double booking of this trip.
Thanks to the staff working at there to ask us to get our refund. But need to wait for a month (at least) for Air Asia to credit it back into our account. Although just only rm75 but already sufficient for us to spend for 1 dinner together.
The apartment that we stay actually is not that bad. It just only lack of cleaning. But what do you want to expect for an apartment of 3rooms and just only cost for RM150/night. Moreover, my flight tickets were just only RM15 round trip.
Appreciate it, ok?
The funny part for the trip was my friends and I can’t finish up a bottle of liquor (Bacardi lemon – Rm30) for the whole 4days 3 nights. Sad. Proven that we are not drinker, just cam-whore.
My initial plan is at least can see sun rise together with my dear. But unfurtunaly, local people at there also don’t know when the sun will wake up.
Funny right?
1) What time they usually wake up and sleep?
ANS: after 8am and sleep before 10pm or max 11pm
2) Any night life?
ANS: sleep (actually have but need to explore the whole island for incomparable pub/club with kl’s …lazy already)
3) Why cows and buffalos everywhere especially in the paddy field?
ANS: they are treasury the Malays (langkawi actually is a Malay kampong) and the paddy field is for deco only (do you expecting there will be people going to the field when the sun already above their head? Don’t be fool.
4) The business hours for the shop?
ANS: duty free shop- 9.30am till 9.30pm
Breakfast- 7.30am till 1pm (available at Pantai Cenang only)
Lunch – fast food (Mc Donald and KFC only)
Dinner – 6.30pm till 10pm
Supper – own hotel run drunk yourself

Notes!!!
1) Think twice when go during dry season. Why? Because some places might close for maintenance (in my case-cable car close), waterfall dry out...your pee definitely more than the water in the river.
2) Get ready with your map.
3) Rent a car. People with a very good bargaining skill will gain advantages as u might able to get a nice with a reasonable price. Average: proton iswara RM50/24hours
4) Plan your schedule of the place you want/don’t want go. Don’t ended up that does not have sufficient time to play.
5) Buy duty free items at Kuah town as it will be cheaper.
6) Have funs……
